Yes, Mbale Resort Hotel accommodates guests who are unable to manage stairs comfortably.

We currently have three rooms located on the ground floor for guests who prefer easy access without using stairs. 

Additionally, the hotel is equipped with a lift for guests who prefer upper-floor rooms but require elevator access.
